About Stacey
My name is Stacey Guokas, I currently reside and raise my family in Broome County. I
previously lived my early high school days in Chenango County graduating from Afton
Central High School. The Greater Binghamton area has experienced a lot of growth and
has been continuing to grow over the last 5 years. I recently obtained my real estate
license in 2024. I am eager and proud to assist buyers, sellers, and investors within all
types of real estate property. Growing up in the Southern Tier I have learned and
experienced many different skills in my customer service and administration career. I
look forward to using my skills in assisting others in the community with all their real
estate needs.
